Paragon Commercial Bank purchased an existing 40,000 sf, 2 story, late 70’s vintage property located on Glenwood Avenue. This location was ideal for their business needs and offered high visibility from a major thoroughfare. HagerSmith Design was commissioned to give the existing building a complete facelift which entailed a complete re-skinning of the existing building, a new 2 story lobby, and a renovated entry drive. The interior was completely redone and reconfigured for their needs. Features include a 2 story lobby with monumental stair, significant wood detailing , custom stone flooring, a large training room, and a board room with audio visual capabilities.
