The original Hibachi Xpress was built five years ago on Walnut Street in Cary. Two new locations were built in 2006 with a new color scheme and adding sushi to the cooking and display line. This new color scheme will be implemented in the next 10 Hibachi Xpress locations and in the existing Walnut Street location. Hibachi Xpress will franchise in the near future.
