Kaze holds many unusual features. The Tappenyaki room was designed to have no hoods above the Tappenyaki griddles with makes for a much more comfortable dining experience. Sculptural shapes float in the high ceiling space with warm backlighting which adds to the ambiance. The large sushi bar and separate alcohol bar are light and cheerful with surprising elements of bamboo cutouts and sculptural artwork.
