HagerSmith Design, PA began working with the Rita’s Water Ice franchise on a store in Knightdale, NC in 2007.  Since then the firm has provided interior architectural services to Rita’s Ice owners throughout the region.

As the architect for Rita’s Water ice in the area, HagerSmith Design, PA works with the franchise and the owners to take the preliminary layout of the store and adjust it for each building and the applicable building codes.  We work to understand the permitting process in each town, and adjust the provided layout to correct inaccuracies in measurements.
