This building is situated on a lake front site to optimize its views. The attention to detailing on the exterior of the shell building was carried out on the interior lobby.

 The juxtaposition of various materials come together to create a lobby with a clean, contemporary feel. The perforated metal panels soften the angular lines of not only the floor but also the horizontal maple bands on the lobby walls. The absorption of sound was addressed by the addition of fabric-wrapped panels on the walls and carpet.  Marble and granite bands were added for visual impact. A three story monumental stairway rounds out the architectural attention and emphasis of the lobby.

 Crescent Lakeside II is currently under construction.  The landscaping provides an environment in which employees of both buildings will be able to enjoy the surroundings and views of the lake.
