Immediately adjacent to RTP, Creekstone Office Park is a five building Class “A” office park totaling over 350,000 SF of office area. The intent of this master plan took into consideration the environmental features of the site with a strong emphasis on tree preservation, which resulted in a park like setting. HagerSmith provided full service landscape architecture, architecture and interior design services for the entire office park.
