For the past few years, the crew at HagerSmith Design PA have been teaming up with Raleigh Rescue Mission and We Care to help those in need during the holiday season.
Every year after the Halloween Costume Contest ends, HagerSmith places a box in their break room. Through the month of November, employees throw in spare change and other donations that go to Raleigh Rescue Mission. Raleigh Rescue Mission provides critical life-saving services such as meals, clothing, and medical care to those less fortunate.
In previous years, HagerSmith has provided between 125 and 175 meals for folks on Thanksgiving Day, and they hope to only increase that this year. To help with reaching their goal, the company matches the employee donation.
“The idea of this started a few years ago to show that when we all work together in small ways; we can make a big difference.” Sarah Troutman

We Care is an event focused on allowing kids at the Boys & Girls Club to make gifts for their family members after school. HagerSmith’s Interior Design groupwill provide the creative manpower and financial support to provide crafts for the children.
“It’s a wonderful opportunity to interact with the children and give back to the Raleigh community.”Leah Shell
The event will be held from 4-6:30 pm on December 15th, and will have a special guest visit from our favorite holiday friend, Santa!
