3600 Glenwood is keenly located near the intersection of Glenwood Avenue and I-440. Originally built in 1985, the building needed to be updated to help match its prime location.
Playing off of the original granite flooring, the lobby was updated with classic wood paneled walls, new suite entry door and window systems, fresh artwork and furniture, and new carpet and wall treatments in the elevator lobby and corridors. All of the building common restrooms were gutted and remodeled to meet current code as well as provide a modern aesthetic. Outside, new, lush landscaping was added as parking spaces were maximized and convenience for future tenants was planned.
HagerSmith helped Highwoods Properties to instate an energy management system which not only aided in the buildings ENERGY STAR certification, but also Green Globes certification.
