HagerSmith Design envisioned multiple areas for employee collaboration on cutting-edge research, either in a traditional boardroom or over a cup of coffee. Workstations with low partitions encourage teamwork while tall, airy ceilings bring in natural light. A statement wall featuring Parexel’s “With Heart” motto greets visitors by the reception desk, and vibrant lime green and magenta details energize break areas. In the end, the result was a space that is both approachable and inspiring, enhancing Parexel’s workforce goal of expanding the boundaries of clinical and biotechnical research.
