Syneos

Syneos Health (a merger of INC Research and Inventiv Health) put roots down for their global headquarters in Morrisville, NC and HagerSmith was hired to design the space. The massive six story, quarter million square foot, state-of-the-art interior fitup included a conferencing center, full service café & patio, executive suite and a variety of sustainable features such as electric car chargers and a fully integrated lighting control system. With a variety of schedule and tactical challenges along the way (given that the companies merged in the middle of the design process), the end result is all the more successful as the team committed to the highest quality of design and service.
