Space Needs Analysis
Through a series of interviews and/or questionnaires with key decision-makers, we determine functional relationships, desired headcounts, workspace, acoustical and security requirements, adjacencies, and aesthetic goals. We draft a program report for the end-user to review and approve to utilize as a checkpoint for all schematic designs. We adapt our deliverables to be most effective for our clients so charts, written reports, graphs, and visual block diagrams have all been provided over our many years of providing this service.

The interior design process begins by determining a program for the space. In this initial phase, designers become detectives gathering information to understand what the client needs and how they work. This analysis lays the groundwork for how the space will be used and creates metrics by which a project’s success can be measured.
